Picazo 2009 Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley. Nice fruity wine, slight grassiness, French
oak barrel fermented. Nice alternative to Chardonnay. Price at the Underdog is $35.
Picazo 2007 Cabernet, Napa Valley. Beautiful Cabernet. Smooth yet enough tannins to put this Cab away for several years. Berries, cherries and a bit of chocolate. While the Alcohol level is 14.9%, one will not detect that. It has a long finish. Very nice Cab but not for every day drinking at $125 a bottle at the Underdog.
